Welch would continue the work in the ring but injures his left arm and Timbs works it over vigorously. Welch has some good hope spots here and makes a good comeback but Timbs would cut back an O'Connor Roll using the tights to win the title. This is a borderline nomination to me as it was a good match but nothing spectacular. I'll throw it on the block for extra viewing.
