US Jr. Heavyweight Title: Larry Hamilton © vs. Dr. Tom Prichard (2/9/87)

Prichard is heel again here. Hamilton is pretty good throwing some really solid punches while Prichard bumps hard for them. The battle would go to the floor and both men would get counted out.

Cooley is out with Solie and demonstrates how to win a pole match with flags and a coal miners glove on top. Chris Von Colt would run out and attacked Cooley as he was coming down and beats him with the flagpole. Solie is losing his shit as Colt tries to tear the flag.

Then we get promos from Cooley, Hamilton, Colt, & Prichard.

Buddy Landell comes out next with the New Guinea Headhunters talking about how he has destroyed the Stud.

Doug Furnas then cuts a taped promo on Sullivan.

"Nature Boy" Buddy Landell vs. The Starfighter (2/9/87)

Budro works in street clothes and with the Tennessee Stud mask over his head here winning in under a minute. Classic Budro.

Then we get a promo from the Stud Stable about Landell with clips of a match from Knoxville. Landell would cut a promo in retort with him stumbling all over the place talking.

Rip Rogers is out next for a video of Adrian Street & Miss Linda with Brenda Britton as their valet for a day. This is PHENOMENAL and a slam dunk extra.

Continental Tag Titles: The Nightmares (Danny Davis & Ken Wayne) © vs. The Dirty White Boys (Tony Anthony & Len Denton) (2/2/87)

Fun seeing Denton work again with Tony. Fun slugfest to start the match with both teams just taking it to each other. Nightmares take control and of course we go to a break but it looks like we don't miss anything of note. There was some really solid action here with both teams switching in and out while executing good double team moves. Jerry Stubbs finally shows up saying that was supposed to be in this match and earlier DWB tried to get the match delayed until Stubbs showed up which of course didn't happen. The match continues as the DWB's work over the Nightmares but they would make a comeback and it turned into a 4-way brawl before Anthony hit Denton with his boot allowing the Nightmares to win. Stubbs would jump in afterwards and used his briefcase to bloody the Nightmares until the Stud's clear the ring. The match was really good and I'm putting this up as a nomination.

Continental Tag Titles: The Nightmares (Danny Davis & Ken Wayne) © vs. "Dirty White Boy" Tony Anthony & "Mr. Perfect" Jerry Stubbs (2/23/87)

Yeah this is a slugfest from the start but it slows down with the Nightmares taking control working over Stubbs' left arm. The tide would turn after Stubbs held down the top rope as Ken Wayne was running and he crashed and burned to the floor. Wayne was solid here as the FIP with the heels showing some good chemistry here working him over. Davis got the hot tag and ran wild before the 4-way brawl started and we got the classic Nightmares finish of the tomstbone/diving legdrop off the top rope on DWB but Stubbs jumped off the top KOing Davis with DWB laying on top to get the win. Then we get promos from the teams afterwards. Good match but there wasn't enough here for a nomination

Dr. Tom is out next talking about Hamilton and we get clips of their feud ending up with Hamilton slapping the piss out of Prichard.

"Beautiful" Buddy Landell vs. Al Scott (2/23/87)

Yep not the Nature Boy but Beautiful. Landell is wearing a t-shirt and shorts here for some reason and he just squashes Scott.

Next we get promos by Fuller, Golden, Landell, & Headhunters.

Hamilton is back out with the watch he took from Prichard by mistake and ended up breaking it which was funny just for Solie's reaction. Prichard runs out and says he is suing everyone.

"Wildcat" Wendell Cooley vs. Chris Von Colt (2/23/87)

The match was okay but nothing special.

Then we get promos by Cooley, Hamilton, Prichard, & Rogers.

Continental Heavyweight Title: The Tennessee Stud © vs. "Hustler" Rip Rogers (2/23/87)

Rogers attacks Stud at the bell and kicks the hell out of him inside and outside the ring. Stud fires up though and tees off on Rogers as the crowd goes nuts before putting him in the sleeper. Brenda Britton jumps on the apron so Stud spanks her a few times allowing Rogers to throw powder in his eyes which wasn't a DQ for some reason. Stud would put an inside cradle on Rogers though to get the win. Very short but fun.

Next we get promos by Landell & Stud.

Chris Von Colt comes out next and says that he or Cooley must leave town.

Loser Leaves Town: "Wildcat" Wendell Cooley vs. Chris Von Colt (3/2/87)

Colt uses his craftiness again here using a chain at times but Cooley dominates most of this match and sends him packing with a bulldog headlock.

Next we get a video from 1986 of Fuller & Golden getting out of their limo to Smooth Operator by Sade with cheerleaders cheering them on as they enter the building and then it segues into ALL HELL IS BREAKING LOOSE for their ring action before going back to Smooth Operator as they leave in their limo. This video is so damn awesome and a slam dunk extra.

Then we get promos from Landell, Headhunters, Shogun, Fuller, & Golden.

Solie then interviews with Landell & Prichard with their titles and clips of their wins. This is really fun with them doing commentary including Landell getting Prichard to describe the three things he couldn't give Hamilton which are the following.....a black eye, a fat lip, and a job.

US Jr. Heavyweight Title: Larry Hamilton © vs. Dr. Tom Prichard

A fun little bout that furthers the issues.

Next up Cooley explain his gimmick match with Chris Von Colt. This was a nice piece of business.

Then we get promos from Cooley, Hamilton, Colt, & Prichard.

We get a fun Budro promo followed by a pretty bad Furnas promo.

Landell squash, but it was great with him wearing the Stud's mask.

We get a Brenda Briton maid for the day segment. This is gold and an extra.

Continental Tag Titles: The Nightmares (Danny Davis & Ken Wayne) © vs. The Dirty White Boys (Tony Anthony & Len Denton) (2/2/87)

This was a good solid tag match and a low-end pick. You'd think the DWB's timing might be off, but they seemed to click real well with their miscommunication spots. Both teams start out trading the leather. The Nightmares are in control and are really dynamic in their shine segment. The DWB's do a great job selling for them. We get a quick break, but the Nightmares are in control still but not for long. It's time for the DWB's to dish it out. Stubb's eventually comes out and it leads to the finish and the Nightmares retain. A low-end nomination.

Continental Tag Titles: The Nightmares (Danny Davis & Ken Wayne) © vs. "Dirty White Boy" Tony Anthony & "Mr. Perfect" Jerry Stubbs (2/23/87)

I liked this even better than the previous match and feel it's a solid nomination. This starts out as a slugfest with both teams going toe to toe. The dust settles and we set up with the Nightmares in the shine segment and they are really great. They work over the heels. I liked how they controlled Stubbs with the Key lock as a base of working spots around it. Stubbs dirty tactic was a great way to transition to the heels taking over. I loved the finish. Another strong match in this feud.

Their are some fun stuff on the rest of the disc.

I feel the Pritchard watch angle is extra material.

Also the music video is extra material.
