This starts with Stubbs & Sullivan coming out and they have a letter saying that Stubbs will be in the Alabama title tournament.

Continental Heavyweight Title: "Mr. Perfect" Jerry Stubbs © vs. Brad Armstrong (9/8/86)

Solid match here with both men looking good and working at a fast pace keeping it from dragging. Stubbs would catch Brad on a cross body block and threw him backwards into the referee giving him a chance to throw powder in Brad's eyes. Wendell Cooley would show up and distracted Stubbs allowing Brad to get a schoolboy to win the title. Good match and I'm throwing it up as a low-end pick.

Next we get a taped promo with Scott Armstrong who can't wrestle due to an injury and is now on the promotional side of things.

Then we get promos from Brad & Cooley where he talks about Hulkamania isn't like Wildcat Fever with Brad mouthing wow. Hilarious.

US Jr. Heavyweight Title: "White Lightning" Tim Horner © vs. Roy Lee Welch (9/8/86)

Horner starts out strong but Welch would take over keying on Horner's left arm and works it over fiercely. Horner tries to fight back with his good arm but Welch is relentless here until Horner's right hands put him on the mat. Horner gets his O'Connor Roll but Welch cuts it back and uses the tights to get the win. Good match but not enough for a nomination.

Next we get a promo from Sullivan.

Kevin Sullivan vs. Art Clancy (9/8/86)

Total squash.

Then we get promos from Welch, Debbie Combs, & Horner

"Wildcat" Wendell Cooley © vs. Kelly Dillenger (9/8/86)

Easy win for Wendell.

Next we get promos from Stubbs & Sullivan

Southeastern Tag Titles: "Luscious" Robert Fuller & "Gorgeous" Jimmy Golden © vs. The Bullet & "Exotic" Adrian Street (9/8/86)

Street is now a babyface and Sullivan is on commentary here. Bullet & Street stifle the Studs early on especially Street but they would isolate Street for a bit before the Bullet came back in starting a 4-way brawl until Dr. Tom comes out and KO's Bullet. The Studs then jump Street before Prichard kisses and slaps Linda which brings down Steve Armstrong in a neckbrace cleaning house. Then we get promos from everyone involved.

This starts with Solie announcing that the Tennessee Stud will return to TV next week.

"Hustler" Rip Rogers vs. Tony Falk (9/22/86)

Wow this is a sleazy match right here. So odd seeing Falk in Continental. Rip is making his return to the area after 2 years and wins fairly easily. Rogers calls out Adrian Street after the match and that is a natural feud to run with. Street comes out and asks if Rogers or Britton is the fleabag then calls Britton "Trigger." Rogers goes up to Street and calls him a girl which leads to a brawl. The post match is great stuff.

The New Guinea Headhunters vs. Burrhead Jones & Wayne Spratlin (9/15/86)

Total squash.

Next we get promos from the Studs.

Continental Heavyweight Title: Brad Armstrong © vs. Kevin Sullivan (9/22/86)

Like I said earlier, Brad is on the way out so it's time to drop the strap. I know it's a broken record by now but Brad's punches are so awesome. Sullivan was vicious on offense here inside and outside the ring using the ringpost and barricade as offensive weapons. Sullivan used a wicked standing crossbow which Brad sold like it hurt like hell and it looked that way. Sullivan throws some great punches here as well and it's fun watching him make Brad work his style. Sullivan though was too tough here and just planted him with a sweet short piledriver to get the win. I dug this match a lot and I'm throwing it on the block. One of your better Sullivan singles matches from this era at least on TV.

Welch comes out next and whines about Prichard using a foreign object to win the match last week.

Then we get promos Cooley & Sullivan.

The Bullet & Steve Armstrong vs. The Executioner & The Mongol (9/22/86)

Squash with Fuller & Golden on commentary.

Then we go to a promo with Sullivan & Prichard where he is trying to convince Prichard that he is doing the right thing for the Stable. Prichard then accuses Sullivan of leaving the country and this is quite the interesting promo as Prichard said he wants no part of this deal.

NWA World Heavyweight Title: "Nature Boy" Ric Flair © vs. Wendell Cooley (9/22/86)

Gordon says we are 6 minutes in here. The action is good here but they go to a commercial during the match they come back with Cooley & Flair both getting in some offense and Cooley gets a sunset flip over the ropes for a nearfall right when TV ends.

We get promos from Fuller, Golden, Bullet, & Steve during the Flair/Cooley match.

Solie starts the next show announcing that the next guy to throw a punch on the TV set would be suspended indefinitely.

The New Guinea Headhunters vs. Leroy Martin & Wayne Phillips (9/29/86)

Squash.

Tennessee Stud comes out as Sullivan is giving a promo with the Headhunters and said that he has not worked with Sullivan in anyway and Sullivan has been pulling wool over the Stud Stable's eyes. This ends up with Headhunters & Stubbs destroying Stud until the Stable makes the save. Stud threw the first punch and was suspended from wrestling hence the mask coming back. Definite extra.

Next we get a celebratory promo from Sullivan, Stubbs, & Headhunters. Great stuff and extra material.

"Hustler" Rip Rogers vs. Zane Smith (9/29/86)

Squash.

Then we get promos from Street & Rogers.

Next we get a promo from Dr. Tom about his issue with Welch.
