Solie starts this show saying that if you hit a referee you are fined $5,000 and that if you steal a title belt you are suspended for 30 days. Chris Von Colt was also fined $14,000 for stealing the Alabama title. Solie then gives the belt back to Cooley.

Southeastern Heavyweight Title: "Hustler" Rip Rogers © vs. "Exotic" Adrian Street (12/29/86)

Street is on the warpath here just beating the piss out of Rogers in and out of the ring and even gets a kiss on the mouth before getting posted on the floor by Rip. Rip would go on the attack here but Street is in the zone here and takes it back to the floor where he goes back to kicking ass. Street would take it back to the ring where he locked on a sleeper but there is a ref bump and Miss Brenda would run in to spray Street in the eyes putting Rip on top but Miss Linda would run down and sprayed Brenda in the eyes then hit Rogers with something. Street then rolls on top to get the pinfall. Then we get promos from both afterwards. As a match it was a short fun brawl but the angle was really good. Extra material.

Larry "Thunderbolt" Hamilton vs. Dr. X (12/29/86)

Easy win for Larry.

Next we get a taped promo from Sullivan with PURPLE HAZE by his side near Diamondhead in Hawaii. This is a fun Sullivan promo.

Then we get promos from Hamilton, Prichard, & Bullet.

Continental Tag Titles: The Nightmares (Danny Davis & Ken Wayne) © vs. "Dirty White Boy" Tony Anthony & "Mr. Perfect" Jerry Stubbs (12/29/86)

The heels jump the Nightmares at the bell and Davis gets worked over but he would get the tag to Wayne who was able to get control of DWB and Nightmares would use quick tags and double teams to keep him grounded then Chromedome would come in to get his punishment as well. A knee to the back of Davis from the apron by DWB would turn the tide here and Davis was again getting his ass kicked. Wayne would get the hot tag after a short FIP run and ran wild on the heels sparking a 4-way brawl. We would get a ref bump as the Nightmares are trying to finish off Stubbs with their double team finisher but as Wayne came off for his legdrop DWB just nailed him with a clothesline. Davis would pin Stubbs as DWB would pin Wayne and the ref counted them out. Stubbs was the legal man but Davis wasn't the legal man on his team but the referee gave the Nightmares the belts anyway although the heels would steal the belts. Kinda on the short side but the action here was really good and fast moving so I'll throw this up as a low-end nomination.

Then we get promos from Cooley, Nightmares, DWB, Stubbs, & Colt and Stubbs gets suspended for taking the belt which in code was he had to go to All-Japan for a tour.

Steel Cage Match: The New Guinea Headhunters vs. The Tennessee Stud & "Luscious" Robert Fuller (12/29/86)

This is one of the most famous matches in Continental history so no matter how good it is this will be on the set. Stud's just pound on the Headhunters at the bell throwing them in the cage at will. Sullivan is on commentary here with Solie who is putting over how no one can get in or out of the cage while Sullivan is comparing the cage to a spiderweb that at times traps the spider who webbed it. Sullivan is being very cryptic about what is going to go down here while the guys are just beating on each other in the cage. The Headhunters rip up the ring canvas and reveal the 3rd HEADHUNTER making it 3-on-2. Sullivan is laughing maniacally while Solie is going nuts. The Studs are bleeding like crazy as the beatdown is going on and they would eventually pin Robert then ripped the mask off the Stud. I will leave it up to everyone else but this is a slam dunk on the set as either a match or an extra.

Next we get promos from the Fuller's and Sullivan with his men.

Bullet then closes the show giving his opinion of the situation.

The next show starts with Sullivan and his Headhunters gloating over what happened the week before and Solie shows a promo from the bloodied faces from the locker room where they demand another cage match in Knoxville where they have a trick up their sleeves.

Continental Tag Titles: The Nightmares (Danny Davis & Ken Wayne) © vs. "Dirty White Boy" Tony Anthony & Mike Fever (1/5/87)

Fever is replacing Stubbs here who was suspended. Wayne hits a big tope on the floor on DWB which Solie described as a pin attempt which was hilarious then Davis hits a tope after a do si do spot with Wayne. Fever is the obvious weak link here and he is exploited giving the Nightmares the win. DWB then piledrives Fever afterwards.

Solie then brings the Nightmares to the desk where they show clips of the Sheepherders from Florida. Sheeps never entered the area.

Then we get promos from the Nightmares & DWB who announces that he is bringing in Len Denton.

Larry "Thunderbolt" Hamilton vs. Dr. Tom Prichard (1/5/87)

This is a battle of babyfaces and Prichard has the US Jr. title which Hamilton would like to have. The one good thing about this is that it isn't worked as a straight scientific match as Prichard throws in some nasty forearms to Hamilton's ear which was injured during the match. Hamilton makes a comeback and he has the champion reeling after Scott Armstrong calls for 1 minute remaining but still Hamilton doesn't kick it into high gear until the finish where he gets a belly-to-belly Doc with the bell ringing right after the 2 count. The finish was well done but the match was just decent.

Next we get promos from Stud, Fuller, Bullet, Sullivan and his men.

The Bullet vs. Snake Brown (1/5/87)

SNAKE FUCKING BROWN!!!!! against the Bullet no less and this is over in 27 seconds.

Solie has Hamilton & Prichard together at the desk with Hamilton thanking Prichard for the match with Prichard saying that he isn't as good as he is. Street then cuts a promo on Rogers.

Texas Death Match: Chris Von Colt vs. "Wildcat" Wendell Cooley (1/5/87)

Colt coming out to Highway to Hell is great. No finish shown here.
