Solie starts the next show by announcing Curt Hennig has become the new AWA champ since Continental is loosely affiliated with them. They show tape of the title change. Solie then announced that Bock was coming in regardless and we get a promo from Bock about this. I went and saw Bock work against Mr. Wrestling II in Carrollton and against Cooley in Marietta on that tour and they were damn good. Extra material.

Next we get promos from Cooley, Fuller, & Golden

Then we get clips of a Fuller/Golden vs. DWB/Stubbs match where The Grappler (Len Denton) interfered and this has spawned jealousy between Stubbs & Grappler for DWB's love. (5/25/87)

"Cowboy" Scott Casey vs. "Dirty" Dutch Mantell (5/25/87)

Casey pulls Dutch's shirt over his head and he starts laying in the shots but Dutch stands tall and goes toe-to-toe with him. Good back and forth action here until Casey gets caught in the ropes neck first ala Curt Hennig but Cooley would run down to break him free although Dutch doesn't care and beats them both down then whips them.

Next we get promos from the Nightmares and the Mad Squad (not Mod Squad but they are ripoffs)

Continental Tag Titles: "Dirty White Boy" Tony Anthony & "Mr. Perfect" Jerry Stubbs © vs. "Luscious" Robert Fuller & "Gorgeous" Jimmy Golden (5/25/87)

Lots of solid armwork to start here by the Studs on DWB before Robert would get isolated by the heels who took control with double teams and cheapshots. Fuller is fun with his hope spots although it was a short FIP before getting the hot tag to Golden who runs wild before the 4-way brawl which leads to a ref bump and Grappler running down but Fuller locks a sleeper on him. Grappler would then KO Stubbs by mistake and the Fuller would get the pin to win the titles. The falling out would happen next with Grappler & Stubbs arguing. This was a good match and I'm putting up as a low-end nomination.

Scott Armstrong is out next narrating clips of a match with him & Dr. Tom.

Then we get promos from Mike Golden, Dr. Tom, Scott Armstrong, & II.

Next we have Solie interviewing Grappler who said it wasn't his fault Stubbs got beat. Stubbs runs out and he rips Grappler's mask off revealing Len Denton which was the first time that happened. They brawl from the stage to the chairs and to the ring and this is a wild brawl with DWB eventually turning on Stubbs. Extra material.

Then we get promos from Jonathan Boyd & DWB.

Solie starts the next show with Fuller & Golden where they go over the Stubbs turn from last week.

Then we get a taped interview with Solie & Stubbs who is all bandaged up who says that he is coming back wearing the mask of Mr. Olympia. DWB then follows up with a promo with the very first appearance of the Dirty White Girl. Definite extra.

"Warlock" Jonathan Boyd vs. Brickhouse Brown (5/25/87)

Brick is in for a short run here and this is a competitive match but Boyd is about to get a push and he comes out on top in an anti-climatic finish.

"Wildcat" Wendell Cooley vs. Mad Squad #2 (5/25/87)

Fairly easy win for Cooley.

Next we get "On the Road with Dutch Mantell" in Kentucky and this is hilarious as Dutch has his driver Carl Styles who got him lost. This is hilarious and a definite extra.

"Golden Boy" Mike Golden vs. Mr. Wrestling II (5/25/87)

II wearing a trucker hat over his mask is great. Golden's hair is pretty damn great here as he has a bleached blowout kinda like Chick Donovan meets Eddy Mansfield. The match is just okay before II gets tied in the ropes allowing Golden to go after the mask but II breaks free and he goes to town on Golden before they go to the floor for a double countout.

US Jr. Heavyweight Title: Dr. Tom Prichard © vs. Scott Armstrong (5/25/87)

This was a decent match although clunky at times that had a neat finish as Scott schoolboyed Dr. Tom as he was going to his tights to win the title. Mike Golden would run out and helped Dr. Tom beat up Scott afterwards.

Scott then joins Solie at the podium afterwards and makes the announcement that The Bullet would be back next week.

Next we get clips of the Studs turning on the Nightmares where they attack the Nightmares with a baseball bat as they were trying to destroy Danny Davis' new Corvette that he won. Then we get a promo from Ken Wayne's home with BUDDY WAYNE!!!!!!!!!! and he cuts a PHENOMENAL promo on Fuller & Golden. Definite extra. (6/8/87)

"Warlock" Jonathan Boyd vs. Wayne Traylor (6/15/87)

Squash.

Solie then shows clips of a Wrestling II match against Mike Golden from the COBB COUNTY CIVIC CENTER in Marietta where he won the Alabama title and then we get a promo with Golden & Dr. Tom.

Then we get promos from Olympia & DWB.

The Bullet & Scott Armstrong vs. "Golden Boy" Mike Golden vs. Dr. Tom Prichard (6/15/87)

Faces start off strong here with Bullet sending them running to the floor then Scott catching them after coming back in with some high dropkicks. Scott would get isolated though and worked over by the heels for a bit before getting the hot tag to Bullet who runs wild starting the 4-way brawl. Bullet would get a cross body block on Golden as Scott tripped up Dr. Tom to get the win.

Danny Davis comes out next and says that he doesn't want Buddy Wayne to get involved here since he is family so he wants to get someone else.

"Dirty White Boy" Tony Anthony vs. Mr. Olympia (6/15/87)

DWB jumps Olympia at the bell and just batters him for quite a while with Olympia fighting back but getting overwhelmed by DWB's striking offense. DWB goes for the mask which fires Olympia up and he starts teeing off on DWB with great punches sending him to the floor. Olympia posts him but when they come back in the ring DWB goes back on the offensive and tries to use his boot on him but Olympia takes the boot and nails him with it then the referee for the DQ. Dutch Mantell would then run out as they go to a break.
