March 20, 201312 yr comment_5539545 I want to listen to this but did you guys just stick to ECW? I am curious how much overlap there is with other Stevie interviews. Hoping for a different angle such as life after wrestling or maybe a focus on the WCW dysfunction compared to ECW dysfunction.
March 20, 201312 yr comment_5539546 It's a brief show for us. Fifty minutes. We cover a lot of stuff in that time, including Stevie's philosophy on wrestling/what makes a good match, some ECW stuff, some WWE stuff, some stuff on WCW and TNA, his current run with Extreme Rising, et.
March 20, 201312 yr comment_5539548 Just finished listening. GREAT job, guys. This really worked out. Stevie didn't pull any punches, and you guys presented some different, intelligent questions. Well done.
March 20, 201312 yr comment_5539551 Thanks Johnny. I thought Stevie was a really honest guest. He could have just put everyone over or played politics and I wouldn't have blamed him. Instead he was extremely honest about everything without burying guys or being negative.
March 20, 201312 yr Author comment_5539556 Thanks so much Johnny. It was great to have him on, really smart guy who seems to enjoy talking wrestling.
March 22, 201312 yr comment_5539704 I am playing hooky from work today so I had a chance to listen to this earlier. I knew right away when Stevie said he doesn't look at the past and is always looking forward that he wasn't going to talk too much about the past but Dylan got the right question in when he pressed on comparisons between TNA and WCW. Also a plug for DDP Yoga!!! I should probably try that someday.
March 27, 201312 yr comment_5540064 Really enjoyed listening to this. Stevie sounded like a pretty decent guy who appreciates his fans. A shame to see the Extreme Rising shows over Mania weekend were cancelled. I was thinking about going after listening to this.
March 30, 201312 yr comment_5540368 I want to ask Dylan about his thoughts on the shows being cancelled especially since he sounded excited about them on the podcast when talking to Stevie. This might be the worst Wrestlemania weekend on record for Dylan when all is said and done.
March 30, 201312 yr comment_5540374 If Dave gets back to Toronto in time we will do a WM weekend preview show like we did last year and will cover it in detail then. In the meantime I would just say that I thought the ER shows and the PWS shows were easily the most interesting shows on paper. Mania itself looks like complete and utter dogshit on paper to the point where I turned down multiple chances to go (including free tickets twice) and I'm not going to make a big event out of it (sports bar, party at my house or friends house, et) for the first time in years. Nothing on the "name" indie cards looks appealing, at least not in terms of a whole card or even a large part of a card. Honestly the show I'm most looking forward to Mania weekend is Empire Wrestling's show in Rossville, Georiga.
March 30, 201312 yr comment_5540384 Not some people's favourite site to visit here. But you NEED to read this crazy story about Richards and Extreme Rising: http://www.pwinsider.com/article/76507/ext...really.html?p=1 Hope common sense prevails here.

March 31, 201312 yr comment_5540412 This was funny. I was looking at the McAdams list in the other folder when he compares Landell to Richards. Does anyone else see that comparison. It seems raher interesting.
