"Wildcat" Wendell Cooley vs. Larry Stevens (5/15/88) Wendell looks good here. Dundee comes out next and they are booing him heavily due to his actions the night before where he worked as the referee in the RPM's/Rich's match. Dundee turned because the Rich's didn't invite him to one of their parties and then the RPM's come out to give Dundee a big wad of cash. Awesome. "Universal Heartthrob" Austin Idol vs. JD Wolfe (5/15/88) Easy win for Idol. The Rich's are out next saying that their cousin Tommy would be coming in. This is followed by another Dundee/RPM's promo. We get a personality profile with Landell next who is told that he must defend his Tennessee title against Furnas the next week or he would be suspended. Nelson Royal comes out next followed up by Scott Armstrong on his crutches wanting a shot at the title when he heals up so Royal talks shit on him with Scott slapping him right in the face. Fun segment. Then we get promos from Bullet & Furnas. USA Heavyweight Title: Mongolian Stomper © vs. The Bullet (5/15/88) This is a back and forth brawl at the bell as they brawl inside and outside the ring. Both men would clubber each other with no one man having the advantage for a long period of time. Ron Wright would poke Bullet with his cane which pissed him off and he attacked Wright on the floor which would bring out Moondog Spot for the DQ. the heels would gang up on Bullet until he made his own save taking on all 3 men. Wright and his boys cut a angry promo afterwards. Terry Gordy comes out for a promo saying that he wants a match with Doug Furnas. Hector Guerrero starts the next show a week late with his food with Solie's face after trying the salsa being the highlight. "Superstar" Bill Dundee vs. Curtis Thompson (5/15/88) JAMIE DUNDEE is out with Bill here working as a heel manager and wearing one of his old man's outfits. Dundee wins easily. Idol comes out for a promo and runs Dundee off which is funny. Then we get promos from Dundee, Landell, & RPM's. Tennessee Heavyweight Title: "Nature Boy" Buddy Landell © vs. Doug Furnas (5/15/88) Landell whips the crowd in a frenzy here working his glove gimmick as he constantly adjusts it while stalling away from Furnas. Furnas would hit a big press slam before going up top which brought out Hector Guerrero who held his leg. Cooley comes out to neutralize him allowing Landell to get knux but he dropped it as Furnas attacked him. Furnas hit a powerslam and got the pin but as that happened Hector put the knux in Doug's tights. Hector demands the ref to check Furnas and when he did he reversed the decision. This led to a fun 4-way brawl afterwards. Then we get promos from Cooley & Furnas afterwards and this is extra material. Next we get a personality profile on Ron Wright and this is good stuff as he has a huge black man as his bodyguard. They also show clips of Bullet/Stomper from 5/14/88 where Dundee gets involved and this time Wright pays him off. This is Mr. Hughes 3 years early. Terry "Bamm Bamm" Gordy vs. Joe Cruz (5/15/88) Squash and a promo afterwards. Scott Armstrong comes out next and apologizes for slapping Nelson Royal who comes out and grabs a crutch and attacks him. Then we get promos from Bullet & Cooley with Bullet wearing a Mello Yello sun visor over his mask being awesome. The Party Patrol (Davey & Johnny Rich) vs. The Intimidators (5/15/88) What a jobber team these masked guys were. This ends up with Dundee & RPM's jumping the Rich's until WILDFIRE runs out and cleans fucking house. This was a crazy brawl with the fans going complete apeshit. Then we get a Rich's promo afterwards. Extra material.
