NWA World TV Title: Roddy Piper © vs. Don Kernodle (January 1981)

 

Piper has quite the green scarf on here. Kernodle is pesky as hell here giving Piper fits and has Piper stalling a little to kill time. Kernodle fires off forearms and chops like crazy that has Piper reeling before Piper comes back in the ring and snaps finally teeing off on Kernodle but Don fights back and has Piper reeling again. Don makes a mistake though allowing Piper to dropkick him in the back where he hit all turnbuckle and then Piper finished him off with a swinging neckbreaker. This was actually a pretty good TV match and I'm throwing this on the block.
