Probably because Goldust just had turned babyface after answering an emphatic NO to the homophobic question by Lawler (so since he's no "queer", he can be a babyface now… well…). Marlena looked amazingly hot at this point, and yeah, her exposing herself (only filmed from the back, although a bunch of pictures were obviously taken judging by the flashes (pun intended)) is an "iconic" moment. Plus it follows an as-good-as-it-can-be-in-that-small-ring match between Goldust and the Sultan, during which you can hear chants like "Fatu !", "Let's go Dustin !" and then "Fatu sucks !". Gotta love Backlund almost having a seizure when Marlena exposes herself (she did had her tits covered though) and Todd Pettengill announcing Marlena as the winner of the match, to the dismay of Sunny, acting all bitchy and jealous. Yeah, if stuff like these had been only part of that kind of show, once a month, it would have been quite fun instead of having sleaze and nonsense all the time during the Attitude Era.
