September 4, 201312 yr Author comment_5560305 Recap of the Goldust/Brian Pillman feud with Pillman saying Dakota is his love child and the Ground Zero stipulation that Terri Runnels will have to spend 30 days with Pillman if Goldust loses at Ground Zero, while Pillman will leave the WWF. This wraps up with Sunny interviewing Brian Pillman. Pillman makes all sorts of sexual innuendo and shows us a French maid's outfit he plans on her wearing. I hated this feud and stipulation, because no one would ever agree to that.
September 22, 201312 yr comment_5564285 Yeah, dumb for Goldust to agree to such a stipulation with putting his wife up. Who the hell would go along with that? And then there’s the point if Marlena even has a say in this.
October 27, 201311 yr comment_5569067 Goldust is crazy, and wrestling storylines aren't always logical. So let's go along with it for now.
February 12, 201411 yr comment_5587723 Pillman cuts a great promo letting the sexual terms linger just long enough that they all resonate. Feud is kind of stupid on premise but good mid card stuff to me.
February 13, 201411 yr comment_5587740 The idea is that Goldust wants Pillman gone so desperately and is so sure he'll win that he doesn't think about the consequences. No worse than the other dozen variations on this angle. And Pillman cutting promos is always a good thing, even if he was physically done.
February 13, 201411 yr comment_5587748 They should have gone shooty a bit on this one, playing up on the fact Terri used to date Pillman for a while before she met Dustin. If you believe Terri's shoot interview, the pay-off would have been awesome, with Dustin and Terri renewing their vows in a wedding ceremony, only to have Marlena betray Goldust and go back with Pillman, complete with a beatdown and Terri's wedding gown sprayed with blood. Damn, I would have loved this.
May 28, 201411 yr comment_5605052 If I recall, it was Marlena who accepted the challenge, and it was going to end up, like the poster said above, with Marlena double-crossing Goldust in the end so it would have made as much "wrestling sense" as much as something like this can.
December 23, 20159 yr comment_5717011 Yeah, they did take care to have Marlena be the one to accept the stip, IIRC over Goldust's objections. Pillman cuts an innuendo-laden promo, that's actually about as racy as any Val Venis promo, since it's almost insulting to refer to these blunt-as-a-sledgehammer puns as "innuendo."
May 25, 20178 yr comment_5801760 The first obvious Russo feud is here. This is absurd. Pillman tells Goldust Dakota is his love child. Jesus Christ. If Pillman wins at Ground Zero, Marlena has to be with him for 30 days. If he loses, he'll leave the WWF forever. The video is all serious with Dustin sharing his thoughts saying how much he loves his family. Dramatic music plays as the narrator goes on about the possibility of a child being separated from their mother. I'm torn on using children in angles. I like the Raven-Sandman feud, but this seems much worse. Pillman's interview is funny though with lots of good sexual innuendos & Sunny has great facial expressions in response.
