Owen is out with his Owen 3:16 shirt and riot squad. Having riot squads around is a very late 90s pro wrestling thing to do. Owen appeals to Vince to get Austin out of the WWF. It turns out Austin was one of the riot squad guys undercover and gives Austin a stunner before he escapes through the crowd!

Was Owen’s shirt legitimately sold? Hart and Faarooq will face each other in the finals for the IC Title. Owen tries to convince McMahon into getting rid of Austin. They re use the riot squad segment from Rude and Barely Legal. Austin runs through the crowd and is fast enough to get away from the fans chasing him.

Owen 3:16 makes its debut. Austin is hiding in his first other professional outfit as a riot squad member and he gives Owen a stunner to the shear delight of the crowd.

Owen has his "ENOUGH IS ENOUGH" music, which I don't remember being around this early. No soundbites, though. Owen vs. Faarooq is sort of a weird stylistic and character match-up. He then appeals to Vince's family past and implores him to make the right decision re: Steve Austin's employment status. "All these fans here--THEY don't want Austin in the World Wrestling Federation, either!" Fun little postscript follows as Austin reveals himself to be one of the riot squad guys in disguise and drops Owen with another Stunner.

Owen's shirt is amazing. Owen cuts a promo on his IC Title match with Faarooq at Badd Blood. He's ready to win the title back after losing it to Austin due to his own mistake at Summerslam. Owen then tells Vince he should do the right thing & fire Austin. Owen goes to celebrate & we see Vince leave the ring in a hurry. Austin dressed as one of Owen's riot squad that escorted him to the ring! Austin had taken the helmet off & scared Vince. He stuns Owen to a huge pop & escapes through the crowd. The fans blocking the riot squad from following Austin was crazy. Another great segment.
