Crockett interviews Flair next about the bounty Race has on his head and tells the bounty hunters to bring it on and they show clips of the Briscos injuring Youngblood again. Flair then says that he would be Steamer's partner anytime he needs him. Jake "The Snake" Roberts vs. Brett Hart (Barry Horowitz) (8/10/83) DDT is the equalizer as Jake was on defense early on. "Mr. Unpredictable" Dick Slater vs. Glenn Lane (8/10/83) Squash. Rufus R. Jones & Mike Rotundo vs. Ben Alexander & Bill Howard (8/10/83) This shortlived Rufus/Rotundo team is fun due to them being complete opposites in every way. NWA World TV Title: The Great Kabuki © vs. Tracy Stohr (8/10/83) Total squash. Crockett interviews Slater next about the bounty and he is ominous with Paul Jones and his boys following up talking about Rufus. Rowdy Roddy Piper & Ricky Steamboat vs. Joel Deaton & Bill Howard (8/17/83) This is JIP and fun watching Piper & Steamer tag up. Next we get a taped promo in the park with Steamer & Jay Youngblood as Jay is training to return from injury. Eye of the Tiger is playing here and this is a great video. Definite extra. "Mr. Unpredictable" Dick Slater & Greg "The Hammer" Valentine vs. Mike Davis & Vinnie Valentino (8/17/83) Easy win for the heels. Then we get promos from Jones, Jake, Briscos, Slater, & Valentine for the 9/2 show in Richmond. Bugsy McGraw vs. Jerry Grey (8/17/83) Grey sneak attacks Bugsy at the bell but his domination wouldn't last long. Caudle interviews Valiant next about his feud with Kabuki & Hart which brings out Hart with Valiant doing hog calls. Hart gets in his face and gets punched so Kabuki comes out throwing webbing on Valiant and they attack him before going to black. Extra material. The Assassins vs. Brett Hart & Keith Larsen (8/17/83) Methodical squash. Next we get promos from Rufus, Steamer, Youngblood, & Piper for the 9/2 show in Richmond. Rufus R. Jones, Bob Orton Jr., & Mike Rotundo vs. Sgt. Jacques Goulet, Bill Howard, & Magic Dragon (8/17/83) The crowd is really into this match which was fun for what it was. Then we get a promo with Flair, Piper, & Steamer to close out the show and it's great seeing the greats together. Bugsy McGraw vs. Tom Lintz (8/17/83) The future Boomer H. Lynch gives Bugsy a battle early but falls in the end. "Nature Boy" Ric Flair & Bob Orton Jr. vs. Jerry Grey & Bill Howard (8/17/83) Flair & Orton teaming up two weeks before the betrayal is fun. Sgt. Goulet runs out to attack Flair trying to collect the bounty but fails. Next we get more promos from Jones, Jake, Briscos, Slater, & Valentine for the 9/2 show in Richmond. Then Valiant comes out and they show when Kabuki attacked him on MACW. Briscos come out next for a promo talking about how they always obey the rules then call out Steamer & Youngblood. The Assassins vs. Mike Davis & Rick McCord (8/17/83) The jobbers get some offense in but the Asssasins would take them apart soon thereafter. Dory Funk Jr. & Jake "The Snake" Roberts vs. Glenn Lane & Keith Larsen (8/17/83) Larsen shines a little here but other than that the heels take care of business. Next we get more promos from Rufus, Steamer, Youngblood, & Piper for the 9/2 show in Richmond. Rufus R. Jones & Mike Rotundo vs. Joel Deaton & Kelly Kiniski (8/17/83) Already seen this. Flair, Orton, & Piper come out next with David Crockett with Flair wearing a shirt that says "DAD" on it which is cute. Orton said that Flair doesn't need to worry about the bounty. I'll say. Extra material. Ricky Steamboat & Jay Youngblood vs. Jerry Grey & Bill Howard (8/24/83) Jay returns to TV and the faces look good here. Then we get a SERIOUS promo from Jimmy Valiant in his normal voice without the music in the background talking about his feud with Kabuki & Hart. Valiant says that he may have been run out of town but a surprise is coming. Always loved serious Valiant promos. Definite extra. Steamer & Youngblood then are interviewed by Caudle next about the Briscos with clips of the entire feud. "Nature Boy" Ric Flair vs. Ben Alexander (8/24/83) Flair looks great here. Next we get a promo from Hart & Kabuki about their cage match against Charlie Brown & Rufus in Charlottesville on 8/27 followed up by promos from the Briscos, Slater, & Valentine about the 9/2 show in Richmond. The Assassins vs. Keith Larsen & Gene Ligon (8/24/83) Squash. Jack & Jerry Brisco vs. Mike Davis & Mark Fleming (8/24/83) Steamer & Youngblood run out before the match wanting to get in the match but the Briscos want none of them although they attack them as they leave the ring. Briscos then work over the jobbers until Steamer & Jay make their comeback and they work over the champs inside and outside the ring. Extra material. Then we get a promo from Rufus about the cage match in Charlottesville on 8/27 followed up by promos from Steamer, Youngblood, Wahoo, & Piper about the 9/2 show in Richmond. Jake "The Snake" Roberts & "Mr. Unpredictable" Dick Slater vs. Steve Muslin & Vinnie Valentino (8/24/83) Jake & Slater teaming up 2 years before their Mid-South feud is fun.
