Sayama didn’t seem off on any of his big moves and Fishman was ok. However, this is the type of match I would have nominated as a low end nomination early in the process but nothing I would fight for so I think we could leave it off unless we want to assure that Phil has his #100 in place. Tatsumi Fujinami vs. El Canek (UWA Title) - Early on, both guys feeling each other out. Nice spot where Fujinami has Canek in a leg lock only for Canek to reach back and yank FUjinami’s head back in a headlock to force Fujinami to let go. It looked cooler than I described it. First fall has some really nice back and forth holds and counters. Canek wins the first fall with a strange flying elbow to the back of the neck followed by a bionic elbow. 2nd fall doesn’t last long as Fujinami end sit in short order with a back suplex. 3rd fall, Canek goes back on offense, working holds but Fujinami counters with a bow and arrow and ab stretch. Cool spot when Canek hooks Fujinami in a figure four and they roll out still locked in the figure four and Canek doesn’t break. He gets Fujinami back in with a supllex but can’t get the pin. Fujinami is favoring the leg selling the shit out of it. Pretty wild ending with fujinamki accidentally dropkicking the ref out of the ring, getting knocked off the apron by Canek. Helping the ref up outside only for Canek to wipe everyone out with a tope. I think this was a SOLID NOMINATION between two top guys and the little post match brawl only helps. I’ll make a copy of this disc and send it your guys way. -
