Tatsumi Fujinami & Kengo Kimura vs. El Canek & Fishman

- Kimura shines early with a nice sequence with Canek and then Fishman works most of the rest of the fall. Some of the matwork looks nice and other stuff looks a little sloppy but not a deal breaker. Things get nasty when the Mexicans attack Kimura like a pack of dogs. However, Fishman gets caught in the Japanese corner where Fujinami kicks the shit out of him. Holy fuck, Fujinami lands a nasty side kick. It picks up when they go outside and Canek kills Fujinami with a chair. He is using the chair in the ring and no DQ so I don’t know the rules. Kimura gets the pin on Fishman and Fujinami makes Canek submit to the Sharpshooter. Eh, the first fall had highlights but things need to pick up to be a nomination.

- 2nd fall, Mexicans take control when Canek takes out the foreign object. Match gets progressively worse with Fishman in the ring. I tap out midway through the 3nd fall. The foreign object stuff was fun but no blood and Fishman’s sloppiness and this wouldn’t make it through even with a strong 3rd fall.
