Really rough VQ. Still, Chicana playsKing of the Mountain until Faraon finally comes in and they square away withnice strikes. Great finish to the 1st fall with a submissionreversal. Weak 2nd fall with a bad missed leg drop by Faraon butChicana makes up for it with the Memphis foreign onject in the tights to knockFqaraon out to even it up. Oh shit, nasty punch by Chicana to start the thirdfall. Chicana controls with a camel clutch but Faraon fights out. Chicanaspunches keep laying Faraon out. Oh shit a misfire from the top injures Chicana'sleg so Faraon attacks the leg. 3rd fall heats up when Faraonintercepts the foreign object, posts Chicana and starts to attack the cut. PoorVQ prevents us from seeing blood initially. Lots of nearfalls down the stretchbut these guys aren't exactly lihjtning quick. If Canek-Fujinami was 70s style, this is the same speed but more brawling. Faraon gives Chicana a low blow andthat ends it. I had mixed feelings. Some great stuff but the bad VQ and slowmotion of the match hurt it in my view. Lets see what you guys think.

Somehow I missed putting this in the tape thread but I agree with Will in that the slowness of the match wasn't hot and the VQ was really poor which took away from the blood especially. I liked the brawling and the foreign object stuff but we got better brawls on this set with both men and I think we can leave this one off. If the VQ was better then it might help the cause but it isn't.
