This is a high end nomination. Man this is a great follow up to the 7 minute brawl. Plus the finish is worked nicely. We get a hot 22 minutes and a curfew draw. We start off with some stalling by Valentine to great heat. Then both men trow some wicked forearms. Tito grabs Greg's head and slams it to the mat. That is nasty. It goes to the outside and we get some brawling on the floor. They get back in the ring and Tito uses a front headlock. Again some nasty head smashes to the mat. Valentine cuts him off and goes to work on the leg. The crowd is hot for the action. Tito hits a desperate flying fore arm. Though can't get to the cover because of the damage to the leg. Hammer takes a header into the post and is bleeding. Tito fires up and is going after the cut. We get the curfew draw. This had hate,brawling, and wrestling. What a match and my favorite in their series.

TITO SANTANA vs GREG VALENTINE (11/26/1984; WWF MSG; New York, NY; 00:26:07)
-    Stiff forearms, stiff clothesline, nasty punches. Greatest hits here. Santana controls with a front face lock. Hammer breaks it up with a stun gun and Hammer attacks the neck. Outside, the crowd comes alive as they attack with chairs and the guard rail. Inside, Tito punches Greg in the face multiple times. Rolling snapmare and a figure 4 attempt. Greg reaches the ropes. Greg turns the tide with an eyepoke and shoulder breaker. Hammer can’t get the pin so he drops an elbow really close to the groin. The crowd just gasps. Now he works on Tito’s injured leg. He pounds him down for some near falls and goes back to the leg. Tito hits a burrito out of nowhere. Greg holds on to the ropes for dear life which was a mistake because Santana just crotches him in the corner. The crowd is hot and Santana does his own leg work. Greg reverses in a great spot and now he is in control. HUGE “TITO” chant. Greg working over that neck and Tito is trying to fight back. Greg charges the corner, Tito shoots him into the ring post and then kicks him onto the apron. Fucking awesome. Wow, the ring post shot busted Greg open so Tito does whatever any good sadist would do…. Attack the cut! So many near falls. Greg is a bloody mess. A huge headbutt to the abs makes the crowd erupt and gets a 2 count.  What the hell, Tito, punch the cut then punish the leg some more. They fight back and forth. The bell rings and the curfew ends the match in a draw. Gorilla said it best… “This is World War 3!”
