This is the Alley fight from Philly. This is a fun little brawl. We start off with Patterson beating on The Sarge and he bumps big for Patterson. Both guys are laying in the shots, but Slaughter is at another level with his stiff shots. Their are a lot of belt shots too. At one point Slaughter whips Patterson in the face with the belt Like he was Indiana Jones brandishing his whip. Even the Philly crowd got hushed by that. Slaughter drops some stiff knee drops from the top. Eventually he misses one from the top and takes a big rolling bump to the outside. Patterson plays a game of cat and mouse and eventually recovers enough to take it to Slaughter. Patterson uses his cowboy boot to inflict pain on Slaughter and he becomes a bloody mess. The finish is that Slaughter runs away. I liked this enough for a low-end nomination.

EASY NOMINATION. Sarge is really selling those cowboy boot shots. Patterson with the Bombs Away knee drop!  The belt shots weren’t Von Erich Freebird nasty but they were good enough. Really brutal war between these two. When Sarge choked Pat with the tape, Pat’s face was amazing. Wanted blood earlier but Sarge bled buckets and ran away like a coward. Easy nomination.
