This is another strong match in the feud. This is from Philly. It's not as hate filled as after the angle takes place but we still got a lot of tight work. Tito would go to the headlock a lot to slow the pace down. They would exchange punches. Tito did some sweet arm drags. Eventually Valentine gains controls and goes after the ribs. He just drops some nasty knees on the ribs and Santana sells pain really well here. From the ribs Valentine goes after the leg. Here we get some nifty leg work. Eventually Tito does a great with his fire on his comeback. Valentine would cut him off again and you begin to feel that Tito is going to lose the belt until the bell rings for a 20 minute draw which was super surprising since the graphic said it was a 60 minute draw.

EASY NOMINATION. Solid start but it picked up when Valentine started working over Tito’s leg. This neutralizes Tito’s figure 4 but also sets up Hammer’s. Love it. Tito is so great fighting back and getting cut off. Tito’s comeback was awesome until he hit the atomic drop and hurt his damaged leg. Nice! Hammer turning the tide after Tito’s headlock with an atomic drop of his own was so sublime. What a great match and kickstart to the feud.
