My sister was Googling him to explain his existence to someone and found this old article: http://archives.citypaper.net/articles/200...-02/cover.shtml Basically he got into a feud with a guy named Steve Pickle and you could do a find and replace on this to turn it into an article about Philly indie promoters. Completely ridiculous and amazing.

I've only been around stand up comedy a little (I had a close friend that handled office business for a club in Edmonton for several years), but enough to know that yeah it's probably one of the more comparable businesses to indie wrestling out there. Both in terms of the basic setup, and in terms of the crazy people involved.
