This was definitely on it's way to becoming a great ****+ match, but then the last 10 or so minutes happened. What an absolute overkill with the nearfalls, and cringeworthy fighting spirit™ moments. The match was actually really good before those happened, with Davey & Hero just slugging it out for the most part, and some good leg psychology w/ Richards targeting Hero's leg. Hero sold it fine for the most part, but then he started doing Moonsaults and shrugging the leg work off - even though the leg work is indeed what gave Davey the victory, Hero's selling was still spotty towards the end. Such a frustrating match. Seriously loved it before the last 10 minutes - which is when they went into that indy epic overkill mode. **1/2
