Posted February 1, 201411 yr comment_5584402 This starts with Flair cutting a promo with Bob Caudle talking about how great JCP is right now. The Rock n Roll Express (Robert Gibson & Ricky Morton) vs. Mark Fleming & Lee Ramsey (9/10/85) Easy win for the RnR. Tully & Baby Doll are out next taking subtle shots at Flair while cutting a promo on Magnum. Jim Cornette is out next wanting a match against the RnR before introing his boys. The Midnight Express ("Loverboy" Dennis Condrey & "Beautiful" Bobby Eaton) vs. Rocky King & Ron Rossi (9/10/85) Rocky King is on fire early on getting some offense in on the MX before he and his partner get worked over really good. Rossi eats a Rocket Launcher for the finish and Rocky gets doubled up by the MX as well as being slapped by Corny until Jimmy Valiant runs out to make the save. Dusty is out next talking about Paul Jones & The Barbarian wanting a match with him before turning to Flair where he talks about their competition against each other. Magnum T.A. vs. Jim Jeffers (9/10/85) Magnum wins in seconds. "Nature Boy" Buddy Landell vs. Mac Jeffers (9/10/85) Mac gets some offense in on Landell but that is quickly stopped and Budro puts him away with ease. Next we get promos from Tully & Corny about the Harrisonburg show on 9/26. Then we get Valiant & Rocky King with Bob Caudle with Valiant declaring a new war on the MX. Superstar Billy Graham vs. Gerald Finley (9/10/85) Holy shit I forgot SBG came out to Bad to the Bone....I thought Bob Armstrong was coming to the ring. Another match in under a minute and a promo from SBG afterwards where he takes some thinly veiled shots at Hogan. Ole & Arn are out next talking about Sam Houston who got a pin on Arn the week earlier on TV. Arn is great here talking shit. "Cowboy" Ron Bass, Sam Houston, & Pistol Pez Whatley vs. Joel & Vernon Deaton, & Golden Terror (9/10/85) The faces take care of business here. Corny is back out talking about Valiant & Rocky saying that the MX will finish them off and Corny says he doesn't like to be around Rocky's kind of people. Abdullah the Butcher vs. George South (9/10/85) Corny does commentary here as Abby kills South. The next show starts with the RnR talking about the Koloffs. Terry Taylor vs. Mark Fleming (9/17/85) Fleming gives Taylor some fits here but Taylor is too much for him in the end although he botched a superplex as he couldn't get Fleming on the top rope. America's Team is out next talking about the Andersons jumping Sam Houston in a parking lot. Sam Houston vs. Jim Jeffers (9/17/85) America's Team are watching Sam's back at ringside while Arn & Ole are with Bob Caudle on commentary. Next we get a video for Magnum as a tribute to his mother set to Gary Morris' version of Wind Beneath My Wings which is way better than Bette Midler's. Magnum and his mom walking down the beach is then followed by a video of Magnum working out in a gym in his hometown as Born to be Wild blasts. Definite extra. Abdullah the Butcher & The Barbarian vs. Brady Boone & George South (9/17/85) Squash. Then we get promos from Corny & Tully about the Harrisonburg show on 9/26. Superstar Billy Graham vs. Ricky Reeves (9/17/85) Quick win for SBG. Tully & Baby Doll are out next talking about America's Team & Sam Houston with Tully saying that Sam's girlfriend beat him up while BD laughed which was funny. Valiant & Rocky King are out next talking about their war against the MX. The Rock & Roll Express (Robert Gibson & Ricky Morton) vs. Ben Alexander & Black Cat (Gerald Finley) (9/17/85) Easy win for the RnR. Next we get a promo from Terry Taylor about going for the National Heavyweight Title. "Nature Boy" Buddy Landell vs. Mac Jeffers (9/17/85) Taylor does commentary as Budro wins very quickly. Dillon confronts Taylor after the match and Terry knocks him down so he gets jumped by Budro until the RnR run them off.
