Bruiser Brody & "Bruiser" Bob Sweetan vs. Bryan St. John & Billy Starr (3/4/79) DVE does commentary here as the Bruisers get a little fight from their opponents but dominate in the end and we get a promo by Brody afterwards. Handicap Match: Bruiser Brody vs. Randy Alls & Pierre Bonnett (3/18/79) DiBiase does commentary for this squash and another Brody promo afterwards. Missouri Heavyweight Title: Dick the Bruiser © vs. "Dirty" Dick Murdoch (3/18/79) Murdoch was supposed to wrestle Bryan St. John but Bruiser came out and demanded that Sam Muchnick make the match and make it a title match. Murdoch is pissed because he wasn't ready for the match but takes it anyway. This had some fun action with Murdoch being really solid here making Bruiser look good. The match turns into a brawl with Bruiser bashing Murdoch's head on the ringside table numerous times before throwing him back to the ring. Murdoch would finally get Bruiser in a bodyslam then pinned him as well as pushing Bruiser's foot off the rope to win the title. Fun segment. Missouri Heavyweight Title: "Dirty" Dick Murdoch © vs. Pat O'Connor (3/25/79) This should be fun and it started out strong with O'Connor almost getting Dick with the patented O'Connor Roll. Pat was so good here working this style at his age as he was movin and groovin with Murdoch. The fans are loving O'Connor as well as he has Murdoch reeling. Murdoch though comes firing back with shots including a really good diving elbow but he would miss another one giving Pat the chance he needed for a comeback. O'Connor would lock on a sleeper but Murdoch would break free and actually busted open O'Connor which brought out Dick the Bruiser who jumped him for the DQ. The finish was what it was but whenever a 70's set comes out this should be on it and we get a promo from Murdoch afterwards. Dick the Bruiser vs. Mike Bowyer (3/25/79) Bowyer is also known as Mike Boyette and he takes a beating here. Next is a best of 1978 feature. Kevin Von Erich vs. "Nature Boy" Roger Kirby (8/19/79) Kevin is wearing boots and kneepads here which is always funny. Matysik says on commentary that KVE is studying Joe Stecker film and how he is going to use Joe's bodyscissors as a finisher soon. Decent match that goes to a 10:00 draw. Bruiser Brody vs. Bill Nixon (8/19/79) Nixon gets squashed. "Big Thunder" Gene Kiniski vs. Larry Wright (8/19/79) Yes this is the same Larry Wright that would be in Memphis 7 years later. Kiniski is old but takes care of business.
