"Hangman" Bobby Jaggers vs. Tommy Sharp (4/12/81)

Jaggers is back from Florida and looks good here especially selling for Sharp.

Baron Von Raschke vs. Art Crews (4/12/81)

Raschke runs around the ring like a madman before the match and takes it to Crews early but Art fights back and gives the Baron a run for his money before being defeated. I am growing to really dig how St. Louis handled their TV matches as there were no squashes and they made their job guys look credible.

Kerry Von Erich vs. Mike Blood (4/12/81)

Blood looks like an extra from a 70's hippie film while Kerry is very young and green.

Rufus R. Jones & Bruce Reed vs. Mike & Pat Kelly (4/12/81)

This is an expiration of time match and another competitive match with the green Reed showing his potential here. This went to a draw and was fun for what it was.

Next we get clips of Andre vs. Jose Estrada & Johnny Rodz from WWF TV.

Then we get clips of Jack Brisco vs. Giant Baba from the Kiel on 8/8/75.

"Hangman" Bobby Jaggers vs. Bruce Reed (5/10/81)

This is an interesting match at this point of their careers. Jaggers was the aggressor here and had Reed reeling inside and outside the ring. Reed though is pesky and has his moments fighting back getting some nearfalls in the last minute of the match before the bell rang. Decent match.

"Nature Boy" Ric Flair vs. Pat O'Connor (5/10/81)

Now this is a cool fucking matchup. O'Connor strutting like Flair at the start of the match was great. The early part of this was really good as O'Connor was schooling Flair on the mat and had Flair very frustrated. Flair would catch Pat flush with a back elbow and chopped him twice very hard to give him his first shot at some offensive momentum. I loved Mickey Garagiola talking about Pat's grip being great especially on his wallet. Flair & O'Connor would both tumble over the top rope to the floor after both men were grappling for the advantage and Flair would wrap Pat's left leg around the ringpost a few times before going for the figure-four but Pat would cradle him for a nearfall. Pat then just started punching the shit out of Flair opening up an old wound and Flair become a bloody mess which added a ton to this match. Pat would grab a sleeper with Flair taking them both over the top rope to the floor again where Pat would lock it on again carrying the bloody Flair around before Flair ran him backwards into the ringpost. Flair then decided to put the figure-four on Pat on the floor while the referee counted with Flair breaking the hold then coming back in to win by countout. Flair then cuts a fun bloody promo afterwards. This was a blast to watch and I think it's a fairly solid nomination.

Rufus R. Jones & Kerry Von Erich vs. JJ Dillon & Mike Kelly (5/10/81)

What a weird match this is wow. Rufus wearing a cowboy hat is hilarious. The faces win in a short match.

Then we get clips of DiBiase vs. Bobby Garrett from WTBS.

Ken Patera vs. Kerry Von Erich (8/2/81)

This is another cool matchup. Kerry is starting to let his hair grow out and getting bigger while Patera is at the peak of his career physically. Patera tries to use his power to showoff early but Kerry hit him with a sweet dropkick then took him to the mat and frustrates Patera enough for him to go to the floor to get a breather. Patera uses shortcuts to get the advantage on Kerry but Kerry is very pesky and gives the battle to Patera. Kerry would work over Patera's bad knee but Ken would send him to the floor and gave him an atomic drop before duking out with Kerry on the floor then taking it to the ring. Patera couldn't put him away though and Kerry would lock on the sleeper from the apron before going for the iron claw with a minute left to go in the match. Kerry would then get a sunset flip for a nearfall then Patera would get an inside cradle for a nearfall of his own before Kerry threw the discus punch followed up by an O'Connor Roll as the bell rang. Very good 10 minute sprint here as both men looked really strong and this is a fairly easy nomination.

Joyce Grable & Wendi Richter vs. Jill Fontaine & Carol Sommers (8/2/81)

Heel Wendi Richter was pretty damn fun to watch and she had a pretty good run teaming with Grable.

Dick Murdoch vs. Steve Hall (2/25/79)

Murdoch was really fun here and cuts a great promo afterwards.

Bruiser Brody vs. Ted Reynolds (2/25/79)

Brody is dominant here.

Bryan St. John vs. Mike Bowyer (2/25/79)

Bowyer is of course Mike Boyette. This was an expiration of time match and it was okay nothing special.
