Crusher Blackwell vs. Bill Stiles (11/29/81)

Blackwell just destroys Stiles in a rare St. Louis total squash match. Impressive way to debut Blackwell here.

Then we get clips of a handicap match between Blackwell vs. Tom Maley/Dewey Robertson (Missing Link) from 1/3/82.

Bob Orton Jr. vs. Mark Romero (March 1983)

Romero is of course Mark Youngblood and this is a decent match as Orton is really solid here and Romero shows flashes but there isn't enough here for a nomination.

Next we get Brody vs. Dory from AJPW.

JJ Dillon & "Hangman" Bobby Jaggers vs. Rufus R. Jones & Kerry Von Erich (5/24/81)

Rufus & Kerry together again and Dillon's attire here is so great. Kerry shows some fire early on and it was fun watching Dillon work his way out of Kerry's accidental triangle choke hold. Kerry shows his athletic ability by walking the top rope and taking down Dillon with a toss which even got respect from Jaggers. Rufus comes in and works his normal stuff but also works FIP as well before Kerry saves him from a double team in the corner and Rufus cleaned house on both heels before Kerry came in trying to get the iron claw on Jaggers but failing. The heels work over Kerry with a minute to go but it would soon end up in a 4-way brawl as time ran out. Fine match.

Ted DiBiase vs. Chief Thundercloud (5/24/81)

Thundercloud is one of the rare heel Indian wrestling characters. DiBiase is very smooth here working holds and Thundercloud to his credit hangs with him at times but Teddy would make him submit to the figure-four leglock.

Then we get clips from Race/DiBiase at the Kiel where they had a Dusty Finish in St. Louis of all places.

Harley Race vs. Spike Huber (5/24/81)

Huber gives Race some fits early in the match as he keeps Race grounded and counters any offense Harley tries to get. Harley though is the grizzled veteran and once he gets control he makes Huber pay although he gets too over confident and tries a diving headbutt on the floor where he misses. Huber now makes a comeback and he has Race in trouble before a double collision although Huber still comes back slamming Race off the top rope but as he ran at Race he got caught by Race who gave him a piledriver to win. Fun little match here and I liked seeing the champ get tested on TV against a youngster.

"American Dream" Dusty Rhodes vs. Vinnie Romeo (5/24/81)

Fun seeing the Dream work St. Louis and he wins fairly easily almost breaking Vinnie's neck on a suplex.

"American Dream" Dusty Rhodes vs. David Oswald (5/31/81)

Another easy win for the Dream and we get a fun promo from Stardust afterwards where he mentions that he puts Afrosheen in his hair...Awesome.

Harley Race vs. Ron Sexton (5/31/81)

Race has a little easier time here against Sexton than he did against Huber.

2 out of 3 falls: Ted DiBiase & Spike Huber vs. JJ Dillon & Vinnie Romeo (5/31/81)

Interesting teams here. The 1st fall had some good action but felt like more of a spotlight match for the faces. Dillon had his moments here but his partner couldn't continue after DiBiase used the figure-four on him in the 1st fall so Race came out and decided to be Dillon's partner with approval from Sam Muchnick and you could see where this was going. DiBiase would then throw Dillon right into Race sending him flying to the floor before getting Dillon in the figure-four where Race would climb up top for a diving headbutt for the DQ. DiBiase then brawled with Race as the fans went nuts. Fun angle here.

Ted DiBiase vs. Ben DeLeone (1/11/81)

Easy win for Teddy.

David Von Erich vs. Bobby Vann (8/19/79)

No this isn't former Broadway singer/dancer and 70's game show personality Bobby Vann that jobs for DVE.
