Posted February 20, 201411 yr comment_5589147 Greg "The Hammer" Valentine vs. Kerry Von Erich (10/18/81) Another great TV matchup in St. Louis. This had some really good back and forth action to start with the highlight being a great backdrop suplex by Greg who was very aggressive here working over Kerry both inside and outside the ring. He is working like his dad according to Matysik who also pushes the battles between their fathers as maybe a reason for Greg being aggressive. Kerry would make a fiery comeback though but it wasn't for long as Greg threw him back out to the floor where he gave him an atomic drop then dropped a big elbow before shoving referee Sonny Myers down. Greg would miss another elbow though and Kerry came fighting back as the match was ruled a no contest. This was some really good shit especially Greg who was hitting hard as hell. I'm pushing this forward as a nomination.
