May 5, 201411 yr comment_5601882 Not really sure why you think that. NXT and Tough Enough are completely different concepts. True. But Tough Enough still is totally unnecessary. The last winner really made an impact… And only Steve Ausin made it fun to watch.
May 5, 201411 yr comment_5601883 It also now seems to have them all up. Not just the 2 from 1988. Yup: http://network.wwe.com/shows/vault/clash-of-the-champions
May 5, 201411 yr comment_5601902 That is awesome. XX was the first WCW programming I remember clearly watching, great matches and some great history shared as it was ironically the 20th anniversary of wrestling on TBS. Billionaire Ted even made an appearance.
May 5, 201411 yr comment_5601907 They're all up in the Vault section on my PS3. It's great that they put them all up at once, and just goes to prove again how great the network is and will continue to be as it grows and they add more content. I do hope they've learned from how they've handled the ECW and WCCW shows and start the trend of putting things up in order though. I think that's a must, and I won't watch any of the WCCW or ECW Hardcore TV until the gaps in the order are filled in.

I hope Austin is on board, even though I have to really question his decision-making skills for going with "Big Andy" (assuming the decision was really his to make) when it was obvious to everyone else - even at the time - that the guy was horrible. Stoked about the Clashes being added... Awesome news!

Their is a good chance the footage is unwatchable .
May 5, 201411 yr comment_5601921 Any Apple TV users able to see if the Clash menu has been added? There are still problems with the house show listings, unfortunately.
May 5, 201411 yr comment_5601927 Odd edit on Clash X. The Horsemen come out for their segement to turn on Sting, but Ross and Cornette's commentary (description of their attire) is gone.
May 5, 201411 yr comment_5601929 Speaking of edits, I am watching Halloween Havoc 1990 and they cut out four matches. I guess they posted the home video version. I was wondering why it was under two hours. Here are the matches cut: Terry Taylor vs. Bill Irwin Junkyard Dog vs. Moondog Rex Brad Armstrong vs. JW Storm Master Blasters vs. Southern Boys Not really missing anything, I know, but I'd like to have seen the whole card. EDIT: Wait a minute ... I'm looking at reviews online and none of them mention these matches. The only place is ProWrestlingHistory and historyofwwe. Only on PPV Version?
May 5, 201411 yr comment_5601935 Any Apple TV users able to see if the Clash menu has been added? There are still problems with the house show listings, unfortunately. On the Roku their are still problems with the houseshows , but they did add headers for 90, and 88. So we are still missing 87,85,and 78.
May 5, 201411 yr comment_5601955 1st Miller Perkins is gone. Now the guy in charge of programming for the network is leaving. These moves make kinda make me uneasy about the network and the driving forces behind it.
May 5, 201411 yr comment_5601957 Just got an email blast from WWE pushing that for every friend you refer to the Network, you get a $25 WWE Shop gift card (up to $250/10 referrals).

These moves make kinda make me uneasy about the network and the driving forces behind it. It's pretty common in the corporate environment. Target is pretty solid as a company, but when I was there we went through something like six executives in a three year span. Plus, I've heard it's a performance issue, and he's taking the fall for the lack of new content and the XBox problems. With the way Vince runs things I'm not surprised he fed someone to the sharks and is bringing someone new in.

I'll have to check tonight. Better than nothing, I suppose.
May 6, 201411 yr comment_5601996 Meltzer was saying in the latest update that the recommend a friend offer and the programming guy leaving was not a matter of coincidence. He also stated the next WON with all the business news would be eye opening for current talent. I guess WWE is about to make it official that guys are going to take it in the ass payoff wise in the Network Era.
May 6, 201411 yr comment_5602000 In that update, he includes this tidbit regarding network technical performance: "One person who streamed it through their phone at the building said it was running about one minute behind real time and thus was annoying to watch." Who in the hell does that?!?
May 6, 201411 yr comment_5602004 Not to mention wouldn't a show in the PG Era run on a delay of some kind in case of any errant f-bombs or nip slips?

Who in the hell does that?!? And not only does it, but complains about it to Dave Meltzer. I guarantee he also thinks titles should mean something and that TNA should focus more on being an alternative.
May 6, 201411 yr comment_5602036 From today's update: --The entire library of WCW Clash of Champions shows are not archived on the network. The next thing coming will be the archives of the original Saturday Night's Main Events. I'm guessing Dave saying that not all of the Clashes are archived and he actually meant to say that they're all up? Also, Saturday Night's Main Events!
May 6, 201411 yr comment_5602041 It's awesome the Clashes are up, but I have all of them on DVD so whatever. But the SNME's are what I'm looking forward to.
May 6, 201411 yr comment_5602052 As much as I dig it that they're all up now, I wish what they would do is just release stuff every day instead of in one big chunk all at once. First world problems, I know but it would be a nice way of doing it.
