I like having the SNME's and the ME's in order and in the same category but I am not sure what's stopping them from naming them The Main Event #1, #2... instead of numbering them after the original SNME 36 episode series.
July 24, 201411 yr comment_5614381 There's 36 SNMEs, so it must in their cataloguing method that TMEs are 37-41, but I agree it looks very odd. Presumably they put it like that to avoid "The Main Event" clashing with "Main Event" in their records or whatever. I do like TME being listed with SNME since they're essentially part of the same 'series' but I also don't see why it should be so hard not to call them TME #1 etc. The Jake Roberts' theme on Hulk Hogan's workout was in the original video, but it wasn't Jake's theme yet. Also interested to see how they'll treat Friday Night's Main Event, two episodes from 1997 that aired in a similar SNME slot and ran 'backwards' (main events first, squashes at the end) but were actually USA Network concessions for the annual bumping of Prime Time/RAW for the US Open. Technically they'd fit in with the 97 Raws but you never know with WWE, so I guess we'll find out in a few months or whatever their uploading schedule is.

Nitro may be coming sooner rather than later. I'm hoping to see the 1990-92 SNME up soon. Since they set the precedent by showing the finish of Harts/Strike force at the first TME, I wonder if they'll show the aftermath the Jake/Savage/Liz/UT backstage stuff.

Who knows what this really means but Dave said that the rest of the SNME is planned to go up in September, They didn't dump all of them in one go so 1) the "free week" users didn't have access to all of them and 2) so there's something else to make people renew their subscriptions.

Bryan made a good point on one of his shows where if WWE had content that appealed to people other than PPVs on a monthly basis they wouldn't have to panic when renew time comes up every six months.

There are some things that they do go after, particularly if it’s stuff they don’t want up." The "old content" rollouts of the network make even less sense now. I wonder if Vince has already mentally given up on this project.
July 27, 201411 yr comment_5615174 I've been getting that impression for a while, given the push for it would barely be considered half-ass until the last week or so. The YouTube stuff especially makes no sense, since the biggest potential market would be lapsed fans from the Attitude Era. Right now none of that stuff is on the network (other than PPVs), and if you want to see the TV that led up to what they do have you have to go to YouTube to see it.

July 27, 201411 yr comment_5615202 At this point Classics on Demand was far better about constant updates. I guess this is really just a split between people who want archive footage and people really only have it to watch PPVs for cheap and maybe some of the documentaries.
