Apparently one of the main things that makes them take a long time to get the footage ready is the closed captioning. I'd have thought there is plenty of software that would get the bulk of that done (though it would have to be reviewed later by humans due to the wacky nature of wrestler names).

I hope they get some major events from AWA and SMW up soon. And the Clashes too.

Sort of related to the network: does anybody know if the Stampede collection has got the raw footage of complete matches? I know that the TV show was mostly edited/JIP.

I asked Ross Hart when I interviewed him, and the answer is no, unfortunately. With their shoestring budget, they didn't edit. They just turned on the camera when the match picked up.

The exception is the TSN shows from '87-the end, plus the rare match they aired in full of course, like the Stomper turn.

I was always under the impression all of it was clipped from what I read by Ross on the KM board. So that's pretty cool if they have the late 80's stuff in full.

TSN aired full matches in a 90 minute slot starting with Summer '87 stuff on a 3 month delay.

WWECW or ECW on TNN would be nice

Sunday Night HEAT

Velocity

oh god, I really wonder how much will be made available

Hulu Plus has WWECW from about the middle of 2009 (when ever the Punk vs Chavo feud was) if you are interested.

But yeah everything else on that list I want. And some Mid South for christ sakes

I just got the network and the only browser that will work is Opera. On Firefox, I keep getting a Media error video not available. Watching NXT Arrival now and the steam is working perfectly. Gonna try on my PS3 now. I also got the free 1 week trial which is nice.

Do you have any adblock or noscript stuff enabled in Firefox. That could be screwing with the video. Try adjusting the settings on those extensions for WWE.com.

I disabled Adblock and Noscript and it still says no video. Now I can't log on on the PS3. I keep clicking continue and it does nothing.

That is really strange. Are you sure it's not something on your end? (What that could be, I don't know.) I just tried Firefox and it works fine for me.

Edit: Just tried "Main Event Live" (I realize it's no longer live) and got the error, but it refreshed itself automatically and started working.

Love looking at the first WWE Hall of Fame in 1993 and seeing a WWE action figure ring in the middle of all of the tables. It was like the ballroom was designed by a 12 year old. :D

Next WM Rewind will be Austin vs HBK at Wrestlemania 14. Hell you could do a 2 hour show on all the in ring and outside the ring stuff that happened for that match.

Where on the Network is this?

It was near the end of the Wrestlemania Rewind with Hulk vs Andre when they were talking about Andre being the first WWE HOF

Pretty sure there isn't a full version of the 1993-1996 Hall of fame ceremonies.

Is Wrestlemania Rewind only about the main event of the show or do they also talk about the rest of the card?

Also, seeing some of the schedules it seems most old school show are only 1 hour long. Do they even show 1 full match or is everything edited?

The rewind is about the main event so far. The 1 hr house shows usually show 3 or 4 full matches.
