January 18, 201510 yr comment_5649990 I just did one of their survey's about the network. it's skewed in some areas . I wonder what someone like Harrington would say about it. Out if curiosity, what areas appear skewed.
January 19, 201510 yr comment_5650017 Morrison was season 3. I think Dunn is here and there throughout all the seasons. Yeah, I realize he's season 3, but there are a couple of guys who auditioned for earlier seasons, didn't get in, tried again in later seasons and got in then. I thought maybe Morrison was one of them.
January 19, 201510 yr comment_5650071 Yeah Dunn was on Tough Enough Season 1. I remember him talking badly about John Morrison / Nitro. Weird, I just watched the first episode of TE Season 1 last night, and I don't remember Morrison being on it. Was it a blink and you miss it thing? That pic of Dunn in the same shot as Mooney. Which show was that from?

January 19, 201510 yr comment_5650119 I just did one of their survey's about the network. it's skewed in some areas . I wonder what someone like Harrington would say about it. Out if curiosity, what areas appear skewed. An example would be they ask you what you watch the most on the network or what's your favorite thing on the network. then they list 12 shows and the other box. So it's not exactly fair if it's not listed. They should have more open ended questions.

Which he still is, to a degree.
January 20, 201510 yr comment_5650218 Morrison tried out for season 2 and showed off his gymnastics. JR asked if he can do the Spinaroonie, and John digs his own grave by asking "What's the Spinaroonie?"
January 21, 201510 yr comment_5650410 Did anyone watch the Royal Rumble "Lottery" special with Santino? I was under the impression that we'd see wrestlers pick their number for the Rumble. I'm glad that didn't happen, because the surprises are the best part of the match - but what we did get was pretty underwhelming... Santino drew "random" numbers and talked about the significance of each one (e.g. "3" led to a video package about Stone Cold winning three Rumbles, Mick Foley competing three times in one Rumble, etc.). Fun, I suppose, for those people who don't already know all of this stuff. But the stats released on WWE.com each year are usually a lot more detailed. This show barely scratched the surface. The cameo by Kane was easily the best part.
January 23, 201510 yr comment_5650625 They just added a new card to the "Old School" section, the 1/23/84 MSG show.
January 23, 201510 yr comment_5650627 They just added a new card to the "Old School" section, the 1/23/84 MSG show. Are WWE just rereleasing stuff from the 24/7 channel that they used to have?
January 23, 201510 yr comment_5650672 I'm glad that they put some pre 90's stuff that has some bite to it up. I don't care if it was on 24-7. The house shows are one of the big selling points to me.
January 23, 201510 yr comment_5650685 Are they full shows or are they still the edited down versions?
January 24, 201510 yr comment_5650759 Are they full shows or are they still the edited down versions? Is the original MSG intro music unedited as kinda wondered if it is what the original sounded like. Is it true about WWE scrapping original stuff as a way of a cost cutting measure?
January 24, 201510 yr comment_5650785 Someone with a Roku can you try to watch No Mercy 99. Mine kicks me off when I try.
January 24, 201510 yr comment_5650786 Edited They edited out a midget match and Muraco vs Santana even though they refer to the latter in the show description. However Tony Garea vs Jose Luis Rivera was left there in its entirety. That was an odd edit. There's some other show where one of the devices (Android, I think) mentions a Mil Mascaras vs Moondog King match that isn't there either. Not a big deal but it looks like they are recycling descriptions from 24/7 or something.
January 24, 201510 yr comment_5650787 In the schedule it looks like they're adding a new show called WWE24. The 1st show does a behind the scene look at mania 30.
January 25, 201510 yr comment_5650852 When did they stop cropping the shows on the network with PPVs ie those black bars.
January 25, 201510 yr comment_5650872 When did they stop cropping the shows on the network with PPVs ie those black bars. Do you mean old PPVs? If so, they're not cropping them. They were shot in 4:3. The bars are just filling in your 16:9 screen.

That's just your widescreen TV adjusting for a show that was recorded in an aspect ration that isn't quite widescreen.
January 25, 201510 yr comment_5650894 They went HD in late 2007, and I'm guessing that's when those go away.
January 25, 201510 yr comment_5650898 I believe on the Network the bars are actually in the video file for SD footage. If you download one you get a 1280x720 mp4 that displays with bars. The first WWE PPV produced in HD was Royal Rumble 2008.
