"Mr. USA" Tony Atlas vs. Ted Allen (8/13/83)

Easy win for Tony.

Adrian Adonis vs. Jesse Ortega (8/20/83)

Adonis has the SCW World Heavyweight Title here which was used as the defacto title here. Ortega puts up a fight but he gets schooled in the end.

Jerry Oates vs. Ken Timbs (September 1983)

Matysik talks about Marty Oates on commentary who would become Marty Jannetty. Timbs was starting to find himself here as a cocky blonde heel and you could tell that he would be a good hand. This had a feel of a GCW TV match which makes sense since these two worked many times on TBS over the years and it was a decent little match.

Tiger Conway Jr. & Chavo Guerrero vs. Butcher Salvecchio & "Macho Man" Randy Savage (10/1/83)

This is quite the match and Savage's partner screams jobber with a look to define it. The match is under expiration of time rules and the faces shine here taking it to the heels with Savage doing a really good job of selling and bumping for them. Chavo was so damn good here.

"Macho Man" Randy Savage vs. Jason Reeves (September 1983)

A spotlight squash for Savage.

Terry "Bamm Bamm" Gordy & "Continental Lover" Eddy Mansfield vs. Spike Huber & Tom Prichard (10/8/83)

Gordy & Mansfield is quite the team. Mansfield bumps hard early on for the fiery babyfaces but Gordy comes in hits an awesome dropkick on Prichard to change the pace then just brutalizes Prichard whenever he gets the chance including hitting a big slam on the floor. You can tell they were building up to a Brody/Gordy match by the way Gordy was being pushed here. The match would eventually lose control with Huber & Mansfield brawling wildly on the floor but Huber went back in the ring where Gordy just drilled him with a suplex. The faces tried and tried to get over on Gordy but he wouldn't let them get much in and they only shined when Mansfield was in there. Gordy would crush Prichard with a knee as he was running the ropes in a cool spot but Mansfield couldn't put him away so Gordy came in and locked on the Oriental Spike to put him out. This was a fun frenzied type of match and I'm throwing it on the block for a low-end nomination.

Then we get a spotlight on the Huber/Tully feud.

Tully Blanchard vs. Spike Huber (8/20/83)

Lou Thesz is the referee here. This has some clipping but had some good action before it went to a draw and a more complete version would probably get a nomination.

Dominic DeNucci, Spike Huber, & Tom Prichard vs. Tully Blanchard, Eric Embry, & Killer Karl Kox (10/1/83)

Wow what a match this is. Huber & Tully start brawling at the bell and they take it to the floor where Huber slams him on the concrete. Tully gets up and walks out of the ringside area so the heels want someone from the other team to leave which doesn't happen so it becomes a handicap match. DeNucci works a lot early on and it isn't very good until Huber & Prichard start working with Embry and it was fun watching young Embry & Prichard work against each other. The numbers game would eventually catch up the heels and Embry got pinned which immediately brought Tully back for some wild brawling with Huber.

Next we get some wild Brody commercials.

Bruiser Brody vs. Nikolai Volkoff (8/20/83)

This is nothing fancy but some straight up brawling between two big men then the match went to the floor where Volkoff bashed Brody on the ringside table then threw a chair into the ring for a DDQ. Fun while it lasted.

"Dirty" Dick Murdoch & Luke Williams vs. Jerry & Marty Oates (October 1983)

Interesting team there with Dick & Luke plus the young Jannetty wearing regular tights is always a hoot. Murdoch & Luke just pound on the young Marty then the veteran Jerry who would put up more of a fight though. Murdoch would come off the top rope with a knee to Marty as Luke had him stretched over his knee which resulted in a DQ which was a shitty finish.

Murdoch then cuts a great promo afterwards with a broom saying that he was going to clean house.

Then they show a Brody/Murdoch match from New Japan.

Kerry Von Erich vs. Greg Lake (February 1983)

Easy win for Kerry and a promo afterwards.

Yasu Fuji & Greg "The Hammer" Valentine vs. Bulldog Bob Brown & Spike Huber (February 1983)

That is a weird heel team...the match itself is okay nothing special.

Jose Elisia vs. Mike Kovac (February 1983)

Man again the talent level on STL TV fell huge after Muchnick left.
