April 13, 201411 yr Author comment_5599020 Say what you want, but even after all these years, Hogan saying someone's name or acknowledging them still makes them seem important to me. This was a big crowd pleasing segment and I think it was another way for WWE to signal to their audience that Daniel Bryan is the guy now. I think they could go overboard with the endorsements to a point that it goes against Bryan's appeal, but doing this once isn't a bad thing at all.
December 18, 20213 yr comment_5970470 I watched PPVs from the 80s so many times that ended with Hogan doing his pose routine, this had to be a pretty cool moment for Bryan to join in with him.
