Trying to remember how the whole PPV thing went down - in NYC, with Time Warner, I know I was able to see Barely Legal, and then not able to see the last two in 1997. But I know I saw Living Dangerously live, so maybe that was a temporary deal with Time Warner before the long-term one.

I lived in Queens and loved ECW, but somehow never went to the Elks Lodge until 2001, for an indy show that had a lot of ECW guys on it. Not sure why that was. I was in high school at the time and I'm guessing I could have talked my dad into at least one show if I tried, but I never did. I spent a lot of time at some pretty odd indy shows at the Elks trying to get the ECW live fix I never got in '97-'00.
