Seriously, I can't name a specific wrestler with that rep, but such things are always talked about in vague terms. Shane Douglas does a total self-parody interview, talking about how Dick Flair sucks Eric Bischoff's ass and that he doesn't like the old son of a bitch. Way to be current, as the lawsuit had already happened by this point. Taz finally spares us from hearing anymore of this ridiculous rant. The two end up coming to blows before they are pulled apart and wow did this segment bomb. Taz is arrested and escorted from the building to close things out, but ends up kicking out a window. I need to prepare a stock rant about wrestlers doing professional stunts, because we are in a timeframe where I'll need to roll it out quite a bit.

September 4, 201411 yr comment_5622629 Douglas is all sorts of bandaged up and he is not above hyperbole as he says he is the greatest champion of all time and will have the match of a lifetime later. Keep on believeing in yourself brah. I find it humorous how ECW had a promo segment to sell a PPV without that match on it. Taz and Douglas again square off and it is apparent that the company sees this as the biggest money match they have but it just hasnt come together at all.
November 15, 201410 yr comment_5639999 I'm surprised we don't get at least the end of the main event here, which is really bizarre, as the wrestlers surround the ring and hoist Douglas on their shoulders after he wins a really plodding match. Very forced and weak.
May 27, 20169 yr comment_5754921 Ridiculous promo where Douglas veers completely into "Old Man Yells at Cloud" territory and where he can't decide if he's a heel or a babyface. He makes fun of the Big Two and it's talked up how gutsy he is, then starts in on Flair again thinking he's still a Bischoff asskisser for some reason, and naturally the crowd who'd just been popping for major stars who still weren't a pimple on Ric Flair's ass as a draw or a talent, turns on Douglas. And that line about Shawn Michaels being a pussy for not wrestling with a concussion sure has aged poorly, hasn't it? Taz and his re-mixed music, "War Machine" with no lyrics but with Taz soundbites, and he shits all over the idea of Douglas being a gutsy hero. Taz gets a VERY tepid response for his promo and his attack. The Junkyard Dog was more over than any of these guys. Is this the least consequential PPV of the Yearbook era? I can't think of another one where no matches at all, not even finishes, made the Yearbook.
