August 31, 201411 yr Author comment_5622049 Undertaker says he couldn't sit back and let his brother set himself on fire the night before. That's why he interfered and hit Austin with the chair. Undertaker gets boos for that, then Vince comes out. Vince thinks Undertaker is vile, contemptible and evil and also says the reason he wanted Kane to win was because he's incapable of beating Austin. He issues a warning to Undertaker not to interfere in the main event.
September 14, 201411 yr comment_5624662 It was smart how Vince came out in the middle of the promo to insult the Taker. Without this then the fans may have thought the Dead Man was turning heel for a feud with Austin.
September 27, 201411 yr comment_5628974 Vince coming out here was a great move to educate the fans on where Taker was headed. I see Taker's logic as sound here as he shows more remorse for Kane than Kane has for him so far.
June 21, 20169 yr comment_5757638 I have one quibble here in an otherwise effective segment: if Vince truly believes that Undertaker's motivations were purely selfish, why does he want him to stay out of tonight's title match? He should expect Undertaker to help Kane again, which would be to his benefit. I guess he feels he has Kane under control and doesn't want Undertaker to gain any influence.
September 19, 20169 yr comment_5768923 I was done with Taker by this point. He was rejuvenated with his biker gimmick and switch back. Decent segment, nothing special.
