Lawler and Dundee are suddenly a team again. The more things change ... Lawler sure is proud of his action figure, because he's been hawking it on Memphis TV for nearly a year at this point.

Fun TV match while it lasts. Cool to see that Travis still had it in 1998. I don't recognize the Russian guy who does the run-in. Lawler and Dundee's valet seems to be doing a Baby Doll tribute.

Only about five minutes and it needed another two minutes or so to push over the to the GREAT category, but man alive what we got of this match was pretty awesome. Bulldog Rains is a perfectly serviceable bald goateed guy with big arms and a gut, but holy shit did Billy Joe Travis look amazing when he was in the ring. Travis and Dundee just unload on each other with Travis's uppercuts vs. Superstars short hooks, BJ also takes one of his in the lights high backdrops. Memphis studio wrestling at its most energetic, Lawler looked good, although this style was always more suited to Dundee who shined. Mainly though this match made me want to do a BJ Travis Complete and Accurate.

A good studio match with some absolutely vicious punch battles between Travis and Dundee. I could watch Travis throw uppercuts all day. Brandon Baxter, working a weird martial arts gimmick and looking sort of like a karate version of Justin Credible, runs in along with a German guy named Heinrich Franz Keller. Big brawl and a quickie Lawler promo to end the show. These heels are all serviceable in their own way but this is definitely a thinner roster than even the '90s USWA had.
