Duggan gives a really great, heartfelt promo talking about his career before announcing that he has been diagnosed with cancer. He says he's scheduled for surgery this week and he's hopeful that the cancer will be removed. This was a pretty emotional scene.

The fans were kind of annoying here as they didn't let Hacksaw speak at times but he spoke from the heart and delivered a sincere promo about caring for your loved ones and what he faces ahead of him with his cancer diagnosis.

Wrestling companies have exploited situations both real and made-up for so long that in some ways I can't blame people for being cynical about this. He wins the crowd over by the end, though, as Ol' Hacksaw always seems to do.
