With everybody buzzing about the Taxi Driver parody trailer, I thought I see if WWE.com had these up and - lo and behold they do.

The Taxi Driver one was kind of funny - Michael Cole's guest appearance just about made me laugh out loud at work.

I enjoyed the Big Show's various parts the most my self. I still think the Basic Instinct parody was the best of them. Benoit and Christian were gold.

The "I love you" line by CHristian still cracks me up. But the JBL/Cena A Few Good Men one was the best for the acting and it actually put over the match. That commercial actually briefly made me want to see them fight, watching SD! the next week reminded me that Cena sucks in the ring and caused me to no longer want to see it, but what are you gonna to do? Shit happens.

How ironic is it that the only one of those that really sucked was the one where Taker was doing Dirty Harry. You'd think that Taker has sufficent badassery to pull it off, but he just looked like a tard in a bad wig.

The thing that gets me about the Dirty Harry one is I can just picture Undertaker at the meeting where they announced they were gonna do these videos...

 

"But *I* Wanna be Dirty Haaaaaaaaaaarry!"

 

The problem with that one was that it was just a straight-up scene. No jokes, no wrestling references, nothing.

Y'know I have been entertained by the ads but they fail to do the one thing ads are supposed to... encourage me to buy the actual show.
