They have been teasing that the Outlaws have left DX to join The Corporation. The returning HHH wants them to come out and explain themselves. The NAO christen themselves the New Corporate Outlaws in the standard intro, then bring out Shawn Michaels. Shawn demands an apology from HHH for gimmick infringement. HHH responds that he owes Shawn nothing, which doesn't get much pop. Shawn points out that HHH rode his coattails and that he turned HHH into a somebody when he was a nobody. Truth hurts there. HHH responds that it was him who carried Shawn's dead ass around long after he had no business being WWF champ. Shawn puts HHH and X-Pac in a match against Boss Man and Shamrock, specifically saying if the NAO get involved, so be it. Vince and Shane stand at the intro and appear to be very happy.

I think this is a pretty obvious swerve that we're in for--nobody actually announces anything in the Attitude Era. If the NAO were going to turn, they'd have done it in a match. There are some good personal below-the-belt shots here between HBK and HHH but neither one actually wants to sell for the other (or just about anybody else) in a mic-spot, so it all ends up falling kinda flat.
