Randy Hales says he's "divorcing" Tony Falk and no longer wants anything to do with him. Falk grabs a cake and teases throwing it at Hales but ends up smashing his own face in it in some attempt to grovel to get his job back. Memphis just imploded.

Falk will do anything to win Hales favor including embarrassing himself by putting a cake in his face.
