October 17, 201410 yr Author comment_5633902 Gene conducts a sit-down interview with Rey. He says he didn't feel like the time was right to take the red, white and green shirt off. That makes no sense considering the pre-Starrcade nature of the LWO storyline. They also talk about the mask's importance, and Rey tells Lex to bring it on. Good to see Rey in the top mix, and Luger is a good choice for a heavyweight opponent.
November 29, 201410 yr comment_5642613 They really should've thought more about Rey's motivation here. Rey wanting to keep on the LWO colors makes less than zero sense. They could've spun it into some pride thing, have Rey say he didn't want to put on the colors but now that he has he's only going to remove them if it's his choice, not because some bigger group comes along and makes them. Saying that they're his colors and symbolize his pride after the angle where he was forced to join against his will is pretty dumb. Rey/Luger sounds cool though.
December 14, 201410 yr comment_5645063 Gene asking if the mask still meant something to him was comical.
January 10, 201510 yr comment_5648971 This does make Rey more annoying talking about not taking the LWO shirt off considering how against the group he was. At least him talking about the importance of the mask works for getting over the angle.
February 22, 20178 yr comment_5789280 This is pretty insulting, not even making an attempt to reconcile Rey's current feelings toward the LWO with how he was before Eddy went down. Rey vs. Lex has potential if Lex is willing to work as a big dumb oaf for him.
