October 26, 201410 yr Author comment_5635533 Eric Bischoff does a sit-down interview with his gray hair and regrets. So insincere when he tries to be a babyface. He talks about being too complacent when running WCW. Wait, what about when he was running the NWO? He says WCW will be number one again. Never happened. It's a shame he has no storyline power to make that happen. WCW thought they could just reverse the faces and heels in 1999 and freshen things up, but after three years of enforcing a message, expecting us to believe that Hogan, Bischoff and Nash are good and Flair and DDP are bad is a tough sell. It's not a bad idea on the surface to flip the script, but you'd need some pretty sophisticated writing to pull it off properly.
March 16, 201510 yr comment_5658751 Bischoff said a lot of words but really didn't say much at all. This reminded me of Sgt Slaughter's "I want my country back" promos from 92.
March 25, 201510 yr comment_5660494 Man how phony did Bischoff sound here. Amazing stuff and he creates no sympathy for the viewer watching at home.
June 16, 20178 yr comment_5803969 Boy oh boy, does Bischoff ever sound like he's reading off cue cards. Eric bragging about how he has "the most committed employees" is the biggest howler among several. Bischoff says he wasn't even considering whether he was acting in an official capacity, so at least they're coming right out and saying that this makes no sense. Take a drink every time Eric says "in my mind." Oh, and he dares Harvey Schiller or the Turner brass to do something about the referee's decision being final, even though he just overruled the referee twice the night before.
