These two didn’t always mesh, I think because when you have asskicker versus asskicker, who sells? Still, I think this is one of their better outings. Solid match - no real depth to it or anything, but they cut a hard pace and everything looked great. The Corporate Ministry run in for the DQ at the end. Then they tie him up and Undertaker summons the Greater Power, who makes an elaborate entrance and gives Austin a peak at his face. The crowd is so hot for this and it’s a notable rivalry for the era, so while I don’t think this is a great match, I do think it’s worth checking out. This is the WWF doing what they do at their very best.
