September 23, 201411 yr comment_5627836 I am old so for me, the MX will always be Condrey-Eaton. I am not Johnny Sorrow old so I am not including the Condrey-Norvell version but Condrey-Eaton are awesome.

Unknown to most, besides old guys like me, the original MXE were Rikki Starr and Wilbur Snyder managed by Bobby Davis. It's a forgotten short lived team with no footage available.
October 13, 201410 yr comment_5632845 Eaton/Lane is my favorite as well. I'd probably take Condrey over Lane as a tag wrestler with a random generic partner, but feel Lane was a better Midnight Express half for some reason, probably Charisma/style- he just fit what I thought the Midnight Express should be better.
October 13, 201410 yr comment_5632846 I just watched a lot of ME going through the old WCW PPVs and they were superb in this incarnation. I know people prefer Condrey but I think Eaton and Lane were the better team. I think I might have these guys in my Top 10 when it's all said and done.
November 9, 201410 yr comment_5638736 After a while, even I got used to Lane's idiotic kicks. Awesome team of course.
April 13, 201510 yr comment_5664780 Well I don't think I have to worry these guys not making it onto the list. But still some discussion is nice. They really perfected the art of the TV tag match. Just take this example from 1990 against the Steiners for the US tag titles. Stuff like that puts them on top for me. Not just do you have great stuff at big shows, you also have great matches almost every time they step in the ring, no matter the size of the show.
May 25, 201510 yr comment_5669804 I'm a Condrey & Eaton guy 1st. With that said Lane & Eaton will be on this list and in the top half.
