November 5, 201410 yr Author comment_5638154 Last few minutes. Paul Bearer shows Undertaker something and Taker leaves the ringside area, leaving Show to fend for himself. He holds his own, even after the hot tag. The announcers do try hard to put Show over but he's not clicking in the WWF and hasn't all year. After a ref bump, Rock attacks Show with a chair and he and Mankind do a double people's elbow. The Rock & Sock Connection win the tag titles.
June 12, 201510 yr comment_5675388 Crowd goes apeshit for the new champs. I think it was best for Show that Taker dumped him. It would take a while for Show to click in WWF.
January 26, 20169 yr comment_5723648 I can only surmise that UnderTaker was needed to deliberate something in wrestler's court right at this precise moment. Show yells at JR at ringside. I have liked Show in this role more than any other in WWF so far. That pop was enormous but it feels like the tag belts are really just flavor of the week placeholders for the big stars in the promotion.
October 17, 20177 yr comment_5816909 Rock and Mankind win the tag titles to a monster pop after Show is left to rot by Undertaker--no idea where that was leading to but I have a feeling it won't be relevant as Undertaker isn't much longer for the company until Judgment Day next year. Rock allows Mankind to perform his move in the end, but seems reluctant to share the belts as we go off the air. Show did look better here than he usually has in the WWF and I agree that this has been his best role so far.
March 17, 20187 yr comment_5836130 I only watched the finish, but I loved the Double People's Elbow! The Rock 'n' Sock Connection are World Tag Team Champions...Undertaker abandoned Big Show? Foley from world champ to tag team champion in a week, WWF was crazy.
