November 8, 201410 yr Author comment_5638608 Flair attacks DDP during entrances and they brawl into the crowd. This is not a special crowd by the standards of the time, but wow do they look excited compared to fans of today when WWE does crowd brawling. This was a fun match that was mostly brawling even when they made it back to the ring. Sting runs out to interfere and Flair ends up figure fouring him until Luger runs out with a baseball bat. The three heels work Flair over yet again until Hogan makes the save yet again. We get it, Hogan is better than Flair. This time, Sting takes a baseball bat to Hogan's knee. His heart doesn't seem to be into this heel turn.

May 26, 20178 yr comment_5801914 For a mostly garbage style brawl between these two, it wasn't that bad. It does look like DDP really deteriorated as a worker from early 99 until now and beyond. The finish kept things moving along with Lex, Sting, Hogan all getting involved. Sting as lead heel was never going to work in the long term. **3/4
October 25, 20177 yr comment_5817773 I'd probably watch this again before watching Sting/Benoit in all honesty. Short and punchy (literally) with both guys staying true to their style. Hogan gets kneecapped with the bat after a bunch of run-ins to try to put some semblance of doubt into Halloween Havoc.
