Michael Hayes interviews Test, who reveals that Stephanie has PCS and major head trauma. Stephanie doesn't even recognize Test right now, so the wedding is up in the air.

It would have been kind of funny for the reverend to ask Steph if she takes this man and she doesn't even know who it is. I would say the wedding is off big guy giving her condition.

Or it would have been a funny post-hoc explanation for why Stephanie turned on her family--the trash can made her insane. Not much else to say here, this is just by-design wheel-spinning while the new creative cooks up a new climax.
