My teenage boyfriend wrestled in a backyard fed (it was the 90s ok) and Chris Masters was in it. I used to watch this dude wrestle in the woods on a tarp. I have a video of some of his matches and he takes a bump INTO a big ditch. He went by the name Shawn Michaels, which was weird because most guys had their own gimmick and name at least. I wanted to vote for him just because of the fact that I know how hard he worked to get to the WWE and I knew even when he was vanilla muscle guy #1,782 that he loved professional wrestling. Seeing him burn that image to the ground and rise from the ashes as a damn fine worker, I should have voted for him, but I didn't. Glad other people did. He's a good guy.
