Posted October 24, 200519 yr comment_3750693 Can they be converted into word documents? I am obtaining a disc with every Observer from 2004 in PDF form and thought it may be neat to post the occasional article or Meltzerism for discussion. That is, if I can extract the article from the PDF file.
October 24, 200519 yr comment_3750721 Here's a free trial program: http://www.bcltechnologies.com/document/pr...lpdf/allpdf.htm Also, since they have a printer driver that converts Word/webpages/etc. into PDF, I would think Adobe would have some kind of conversion back. You might investigate their site and check out what functions are in the full version of Adobe Acrobat.
October 24, 200519 yr comment_3750839 When Office 12 is released, it'll most likely be able to convert between PDF and Word documents both ways, as that's what Microsoft plans on using as its portability heightener (as opposed to the OpenDocument format). For now though, you probably want to check out whatever it was that MiB linked to and Adobe's site. EDIT : Ugh, I take that back. It'll only be able to save to PDF. Does this work, though?
