Brian Christopher tries to back track, saying he actually likes Tommy Rich. It's Doug Gilbert he has the problem with. Tommy will have none of it. Fun match, but it doesn't last very long, as Spellbinder runs in to attack Rich for the DQ.

Wouldn't Tommy piledriving the ref cause the DQ? This wasn't much but it was the usual Memphis TV ending.

I kept expecting Doug Gilbert to make a surprise run-in,but no dice. Rich gets destroyed with the help of a walker (!). "Tune in next week and we'll *still* be kicking the crap out of Tommy Rich!"
