Was Stevie Ray worse than Tiger Jeet Singh? Pretty sure Hashimoto & Hirata vs Harlem Heat was his only good match.

I think effort goes a long way. Stevie was terrible but at least I got the impression he was trying out there, he just wasn't very good at any of it. Tiger never came off as someone who had any intention of puttting in any effort at all unless Tenryu was on the other side.
